PAINTING

I call them paintings, but to me they feel more like drawings made with paint. I’m drawn to the quiet process of mixing my own colors and exploring how they come together on paper.

ペインティングと呼んでいますが、私にとっては絵の具で描くドローイングのような感覚です。自分で色を混ぜて、その組み合わせを紙の上で確かめていくプロセスに惹かれます。
